Customers with service contract
The response time is as follows:
Response time is based on normal hours of 3Ti, Monday to Friday between 8am and 12pm and between 1pm and 5pm. Evenings, weekends, holidays, staffing reduced due to holiday periods (or other exceptional circumstances) are excluded from response time hours. The contract is based on a time to first response, not a problem resolution time and the following answers. 3ti disclaims all liability in respect to non emails received or delayed due to local technical problems or beyond our control. No credit is granted for non-answered requests within the response time hours.
